KLS received the Strategic partnership award from the Schaeffler Group

Schaeffler Group honours KLS with the Strategic partnership award

On Thursday, 20.10.2016, we were invited to Suppliers day by our German customer, the Schaeffler Group, at their headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany. The Schaeffler Group has more than 5.000 suppliers, who supply products to 74 different locations globally. 200 suppliers are ranked as strategic and 90 from these, from 20 countries worldwide, were invited to the suppliers day event, which is held every two years. KLS has been honoured for the third time from the beginning of business with the Schaeffler Group and for the second consecutive time with the special award. 10 suppliers were awarded (5 from eastern Asia, 4 from Germany and 1 from Slovenia) and 4 of them received the highest honour, the Strategic partnership award. The Strategic partnership award is awarded to companies, which constantly, year on year improve their results (quality, supplies, cost efficiency) and have the ability to develop and progress, are financially stable and have clear and responsible ownership and business policy. In addition, for KLS it was stressed that our excellence in daily communication is highly appreciated and valued by the Schaeffler Group.
